Shipping Information
We offer worldwide shipping for all our products. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via reliable carriers.
Shipping Times:
- Germany: 2-4 business days
- European Union: 3-7 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
Shipping Costs: Free shipping on orders over €60 worldwide. Orders under €60: €4.99 shipping fee.
Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.
Delivery Issues: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at info@mpart-style.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Orders: All customs duties, taxes, and fees are included in the total price. Customers will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery as we use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
