1. General Information These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and Services We sell apparel and accessories with hand-painted artwork. All products are made to order. Product colors may vary slightly from images due to monitor settings.
3. Ordering and Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable
- Payment is required at time of order
- We accept major credit cards and PayPal
4. Returns and Exchanges Returns are accepted within 14 days for defective items only. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective. See our full Return Policy for details.
5. Shipping We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location. Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
6. Intellectual Property All artwork and designs are original creations of M.P.Art. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Privacy We protect your personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Dispute Resolution Any disputes will be resolved under German law. Place of jurisdiction is Germany.
